Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I often think of the beauty and resilience of wildflowers when I consider the unique journeys we all take through life. Just as wildflowers bloom in a variety of colors, shapes, and environments, children—and their families—are each beautifully different, with their own strengths, struggles, and potential. Wildflowers don't need to conform to a single idea of what they should be; they simply grow, adapt, and thrive in their own time and space. In my work, I embrace this same philosophy. I accept every individual, every family, as they are, understanding that we all bring something special to the world. Whether you are navigating the early years of childhood, the complexities of adolescence, or the dynamic world of family relationships, my role is to support, listen, and guide without judgment. Together, we’ll honor the natural unfolding of your story, just like wildflowers, appreciating your unique essence and finding ways to nurture growth in a way that feels authentic and empowering for you. No two journeys are the same, and that’s exactly what makes them so powerful. - - - Bailee Greenhaw is a licensed clinical social worker and Registered Play Therapist™ with active licenses in both Kansas and Missouri. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Kansas. With over 15 years of experience in the field, Bailee has committed her career to supporting children and adolescents who face various mental health challenges, developmental differences, and life difficulties. For the past eight years, she has served as a school-based social worker in both middle and elementary school settings. Currently, Bailee is the school social worker at an elementary school, where she adeptly addresses the diverse needs of her students on a daily basis.
